		<description>I think the real heart of the issue falls clearly on the consumer.  Somehow there needs to be a mechanism to stabilize house foreclosures.  If the goverment or financial institutions can work to create a hault on foreclosures this might create a foundation floor for pricing vs. a continual downward death spiral.</description>

		<description>I agree 100%.  We  are definitely in a recession, and I personally don&#039;t think we are going to get out of in until gas prices come down or we drastically reduce our need for it.  It raises prices in every market and is killing the economy.  

And on a similar note, whoever is elected president is going to have one of the toughest job in recent history.  I don&#039;t envy him.  He may often times have to choose between bad or worse, and will take some heat because he doesn&#039;t choose the good option that doesn&#039;t exist.</description>
